Handy app!

Works as advertised! Walk away with your phone and Mac goes to sleep. Come back with your phone and Mac wakes up. No button pushing necessary.

The watch support is nice as well. It wont automatically lock/unlock your Mac like the phone, but the watch app lets you remotely lock/unlock which may be useful if youre away from your desk and feeling paranoid.
