GRAB THE BACK OF YOUR PHONE AT THE TOP

At first I wasnt satisfied at the distance I had to go for my MacBook to lock, then I realized the trick to this app.

When youre walking away, grabbing/covering the back of your phone at the top weakens Bluetooth signal even more. I can grab my phone and hold it away from my MacBook which is right in front of me and it will lock.

This app works like a charm. Much better than knock. When you put the MacBook to sleep via walking away, it will lock. If you manually lock it, and your phone is next to it, it wont unlock itself, unless you press the space button, which then the MacBook immediately unlocks. This is a pro in my opinion because sometimes I want to keep my Mac locked with my phone next to it, for the sake of having the screen black.
