App not usable on boot (update)

Near Lock will not unlock your computer from a fresh boot or restart. After booting your Mac or restarting it, you will have to type your full username and password as you always have done. Only then will Near Lock load and then it will only be useable when your Mac goes to sleep. You will not be able to use Near Lock to log in from a freshly booted or rebooted Mac - you will have to type in your credentials just as you had to do before you got Near Lock. So this app provides the ease of unlocking your computer via proximity or Touch ID only after you manually log in after every reboot and start up. Maybe this is fine for some people, but I was looking for an solution that would securely authenticate my locked system in every scenario because my password is so long and complex and annoying to type in. I wanted to like this app but as it stands right now, its a fail.
